Section 4: Book 2, Chapters 8-10 Summary

In Chapter 8: Waiting for the Damn Fight to Start Already, after arguing with Paul who never leaves his house because he imprinted on Jacob's sister, Rachel, Jacob throws himself on his bed. Jacob wants to kill the Cullens now, but Sam refuses to attack them until they breach the truce, even though they know it is inevitable. Walking along the shore, Jacob follows Quil's voice until he finds him playing with Claire, the toddler he imprinted on. Even though he has at least fourteen years before Claire is his age, Quil cannot even imagine dating other girls because he no longer sees their faces.
