An IRA active service unit prepares for a Thursday night on the town in the London suburb of Hammersmith. They decide to go to a West End restaurant, which is frequented by businessmen and members of parliament. They prepare the bomb while their leader, Paddy Pussy, tries on evening gowns in front of the mirror. Pussy does not want to do the bombing this evening.
