Importance: When the mother of Irina's recent model Dean/Daniel comes into her workplace and accuses her of photographing her underage son, Irina refuses to accept blame. She insists that she is not at fault for confusing the younger son Daniel for his elder brother Dean. Furthermore, she does not believe that anyone would perceive her to be guilty in that she is attractive. The moment reveals Irina's narcissism and foreshadows the coming revelation about the murder she committed and covered up.
