Chapter Eighteen and Chapter Nineteen Summary
In Chapter Eighteen, Murphy and Shannon slip away from Murphy's large family to be alone. He assures Shannon that he never had a physical relationship with either of her sisters. They have sex and Murphy has a vision of Shannon, witch-like and speaking Gaelic. She tells him that she is going to Dublin on Tuesday with Rogan, but they are unable to have the discussion about boundaries that she feels is so important. Maggie, Rogan, and Liam go to Dublin with Shannon as well, but Maggie's morning sickness is worsening. When they arrive in Dublin Shannon is impressed with the gorgeous house, and some of Maggie's art pieces. Maggie confronts Shannon, asking why she hasn't yet agreed to Rogan's deal, and Shannon reveals that she is not sure if she wants to continue painting, especially...
