Chapter Six and Chapter Seven Summary
In Chapter Six, Shannon is experiencing very vivid dreams like she never has in her life. She specifically dreams of storms, men on horses, and a circle of white stones. Up at dawn, Shannon and Brianna meet in the kitchen. Brianna suggests Shannon go for a walk after Shannon asks if there is a gym nearby. Seeing the sun rise, Shannon has gotten the urge to paint for the first time in a long while. She admires the garden and thinks about the difference between Ireland and New York. She climbs over a stone wall and nearly lowers herself onto a cow. She marvels at the animal but almost falls off the wall when Murphy speaks from behind her. She and Murphy take a walk, and Shannon learns that Murphy's land spilts the Concannon land...
