Fone Bone

Fone Bone is one of the main characters in the story, and the story will often be shown from his perspective. Fone Bone follows his cousin Phoney Bone when Phoney is thrown out of Boneville. Fone is responsible and very caring of those around him. He will even do something kind for the rat creatures that tried repeatedly to eat him throughout the story. Fone develops strong feelings for Thorn, but at the end of the story Fone decides that he must go back to Boneville with his cousins. The reason that Fone decides to leave isn't explained, but it appears that part of the reason he goes home is because he doesn't want to be separated from his cousins.
