Bone Gap, Illinois

The story takes place in a small midwestern town called Bone Gap. It is an unusual place because people have been known to just disappear, as if slipping through the gaps, never to be seen again.

Sean and Finn's house

Sean and Finn live in the country outside Bone Gap. They don't live on a farm but they have some outside buildings such as a barn and an apartment where Roza stays to recover from her escape from her professor.

Cornfields

Cornfields surround the town of Bone Gap and they are magical places. Roza finds sanctuary in them after escaping from her professor and Finn runs deep into them to find the entrance to the underworld.
