Summary
In "No One is Fine," Roza hides the knife under a loose stone in the floor and she looks at it every night before going to sleep. Roza dreams about bees and walking out into a woods where she encounters Karolina, Honorata and Priscilla Willis. All three drink honey from a jar that Priscilla has brought with her. Roza then also sips some honey. Priscilla then asks Roza when she is going to do something with that knife.
When Roza awakes she tastes honey on her lips. Roza practices using the knife as a weapon. Roza recalls how her money began to run out when she was studying in Chicago and took a job with her botany professor cleaning the greenhouse in the evenings and weekends.
