Chapters 21-25 Summary

In chapter 21, Anita is awakened by an angry Dorcas Bouvier, looking for Magnus. Charging to the bedroom, Dorrie is startled to find Jean Claude and Jason. Anita explains to Dorrie that the police would have simply questioned Magnus if he had not used glamor on them and run. Dorrie can not understand why her brother ran, as he would not have killed the boys. Something else is up. Dorrie asks Anita if Magnus told her their family history. Explaining, Dorrie tells how Llyn Bouvier came to the area and married into the local tribe. When he came to this country he brought another fey creature with him, Rawhead and Bloody Bones. Anita is shocked, as Bloody Bones is a creature from nursery rhymes. Dorrie tells her that the creature is real. Llyn had made a deal with the creature, to draw...
