Chapters 10 - 12 Summary

McCaleb goes through the information chronologically. The first thing he notices is that in the Cordell case, a witness called James Noone called 911 for help and the operator accidentally transposed two numbers causing a delay in their response. It is hard to tell if the delay made a difference to the outcome. Noone also gives description of a vehicle he sees speeding away. Terry watches the video and gets a good look at the shooter who is dressed the same as the shooter in the Torres case was. A minute after the killer leaves, James is seen entering the frame and then afterward, the ambulance as it goes the wrong way, then returns and attends the now dead Cordell.
