Chapters 11 - 12 Summary

In Chapter 11, several of the students from Beverly Hills High School attend a basketball game at Van Nuys High School in the valley. Sam and Cammie watch Adam Flood play. Though most of the students from Beverly Hills would rather not go to the valley for any reason, the ticket stub from the game is what they need to be admitted to the annual party of Kyle Bauersachs. Adam hits the game winning shot and waves to Sam, which annoys Cammie because her friend has not mentioned anything about liking Adam.

Cammie becomes quickly bored at the after-party. She wanders out to the beach and sees Adam Flood alone by the water. She approaches him and they begin to talk about the game and Cammie brings up the way that Anna broke up with him. Adam does not want to talk...
