Summary

Chapter 71 is subtitled Dad's Week. Darren is the first to enter Isabella's room. He asks if she is ready for visitors. She asks to see only Darren first. Darren backs up. Isabella can hear a whispered conversation before Darren reenters the room. Isabella cries when she sees the injuries to his face. He assures her he is not seriously hurt.
