Summary

At Taifa Ngao, Hodari attempts to shift the blame for the rebellion back on Changamire, a philosopher and former teacher of Tetu whose teachings informs the tenets of Tetu's rebellion. T'Challa argues he has read Changamire's writing and that he advocates for an end to monarchs and control being restored to the people. T'Challa reasons that while this may seem like heresy, he believes there is a peaceful way for Changamire's teaching to be enacting and Tetu is misunderstanding the intent of the ideas. T'Challa is tracking Kwabena and will be alerted when he is close to Zeke Stane, who is revealed to be a metahuman (person with supernatural abilities) who can emit blasts of energy from his hands. T'Challa then tells Hodari to continue with the planned strikes on the Jabari-Land, the base of operations for The Midnight Angels and the defected Dora...
