Part 3: Chapter 22-24 Summary
Chapter twenty two has Jack in his own world leaving the hospital and on his way to Nail House Row to find Beezer and see what's wrong with Mouse. When Jack gets to Nail House Row, Beezer tells Jack that Kaiser Bill and Sonny got scared and ran off leaving just Beezer, Doc, and Bear Girl to stay with Mouse.
Meanwhile in chapter twenty-three, Henry is heading home from a meeting with Radio personnel when he smells his deceased wife's perfume. Henry is beginning to wonder if she is haunting him. Jack is at Nail House Row with Mouse, Doc, Beezer, and Bear Girl. Everywhere that light touches Mouse, his skin sizzles and melts. They have him lying in a dark room, and from the putrid smell, Jack knows Mouse is rotting from the inside out. Mouse warns Jack...
