Part 3: Chapter 16-18 Summary

Chapter sixteen finds Reginald "Doc" Amberson, a member of the Thunder Five, getting information from one of the policemen on duty regarding the Fisherman case. While Doc is getting what news he can, Dale Gilbertson, asks Doc if he would like to help arrest someone that may have something to do with the Fisherman murders. Doc agrees and quickly calls Beezer and the other Thunder Five riders to tell them to meet him at the police station.

Jack meets Dale to talk about the guy that saw the photos in George Potter's room. Jack's first impression is that George is innocent but doesn't try to stop Dale from arresting George. Henry Leyden is in the car with Jack and both comment on the smell in the air—death.
