Summary

Chapter 25 picks up with Willow, who is living with January after her sister Victoria kicked her out of the house two months before. She missed some major holidays with her family and even though she sent cards and food, no one reached out to her. She starts calling the house early in the morning or late at night so she can talk to her grandmother, Augusta. Willow’s work on a business plan stalled and, instead, she tries to help January with his ideas. January turned out not to be everything he said he was, and his ideas often go no where. He told her he works a security job at night, but he actually goes home to his other family. He recruits Willow to help him write papers for college students, but one of her papers gets a C- and he fires...
