The Sky above the English Channel

The story begins in the sky above the English Channel. Here, the pilot loses his leg, and begins to lose his rational thinking. He imagines joking with his friends and introducing the stump where his leg used to be. Shortly afterwards, he passes out after ejecting himself from the spiraling plane.

The Hospital

The hospital is where the bulk of the story takes place. After ejecting from the plane, the pilot wakes up in a hospital room, where a nurse takes care of him. Here, he slowly realizes that the nurse has lied to him, and his suspicions are confirmed when he has time to investigate. Here, the pilot realizes that he has been captured, and he is going to be interrogated.
