Summary

In Chapter 11, Noah and Adam tease Liz about her recovery from being hit with a basketball. Laney is present. Liz feels the room is really warm and has trouble focusing on anything except her thigh touching Wes's. Wes teases her about how closely she is watching the “slashing” movie. Liz realizes she no longer cares about capturing Michael's attention. Noah takes a seat beside Liz, breaking the spell between Liz and Wes. Later, Liz sees Wes on the deck with Alex. Liz is not sure if she entirely imagined that tension earlier. Wes tells Liz there is a piano room upstairs, and Michael offers to show her. Liz feels that Wes has “handed her off” to Michael. Liz is amazed by the piano. Michael invites her to play it. Several others enter, drawn by the music. Liz shares a look with Wes. She...
