Chapter 10-11 Summary
When Eve arrives home, Summerset tells her that Roarke is upstairs and very upset. Roarke is talking to Mrs. Talbot on the phone when Eve walks into the bedroom. Roarke is feeling angry at the situation. Eve tells him that that is the purpose of the murders. She suggests that they hire Roarke as an expert consultant. He would have access to the information learned in the investigation and they would have to have access to information from his files.
Roarke looks at the tapes of the murder and tells Eve that Yost wears clothing designed by a British designer. He also identifies the briefcase as being British, made by a company he owns. He is able to identify almost every article of clothing as British. Since Roarke owns many of the companies, he says he will see what information he...
