Summary

Chapter 24. The Hand That Rocks the Cradle. Ridley arranges for Abraham to meet with Lena in the cemetery in order to exchange the book for John. Lena lies to Macon about her plans. Lena, John, and Link go to the cemetery and find Abraham, Hunting, and Ridley waiting for them. However, Abraham makes it clear he does not want John. In fact, Abraham attempts to kill John. Macon shows up and kills Hunting with magical light. Abraham attacks Lena. Macon turns his light on Abraham. Link kills Abraham by stabbing him in the chest with scientific shears.
