Summary

Chapter 19, Mortal Problems. Lena talks with Amma, Liv, John Breed, and Link about the latest message from Ethan. Link does not believe any of these messages are from Ethan, but the others do. Amma does not have much to say, but the others agree they should do what Ethan asks as it must be for a good purpose. When Ethan’s dad arrives home and begins to talk about the oddness of Ethan’s long absence, Lena automatically casts another Oblivio cast over him.

Chapter 20. A Deal With a Devil. Lena then meets with Macon, Liv, John, and Link. They discuss how they might get the Book of Moons from Abraham, who stole it from them months ago...
