Summary

On “Day 12,” Ashley wakes up in the tent and notices a picture of Davey Beet’s ex-girlfriend—the one who had broken up with him and sent him into the woods. Ashley wants to cry because the girl is so beautiful and does not look at all like her. She yells at Davey and asks him why he ruined everything for this girl. She wonders if he really did think she was pretty when they met at the gas station, and if they might have gotten together if he had not gone into the woods.
