Chapter 8 Summary

Gideon tells Eva that she doesn't mean that they shouldn't see each other anymore. He admits that his feelings for her are so strong and out of control that it scared him. He apologizes for the way he acted after sex in the limo and convinces her to stay in the relationship with him. They also discuss being with each other exclusively. Eva admits that Magdalene is going to be a problem for her because she is very jealous and possessive. Eva also tells him exactly what Magdalene said to her. Gideon says he will talk to Magdalene.

They eat lunch and discuss hitting the gym together after work. Gideon gives her a business card with his home and cell number on it. He asks for her cell. She says she has to get a new one because her mom was tracking her...
