Summary
Beth fell in love with a man who was married to a Korean woman, and she expected to inflict great damage on her. A psychic told her that she will have a relationship that will cripple her emotionally, and she takes him to be that man. They planned to spend a weekend together, as he had to retrieve his wife's sports car left by a former husband. Beth waited for him in a flower store, filled with anxiety about her appearance and emotional state, imagining romantic scenarios between them in the flower store. While she stood there, he observed her from across the street, enjoying her pathetic behavior, as she reminded him of a former lover he had abused.
