Chapters 40-42 Summary
Myron rushes to Norm's hotel and up to his room. Esme Fong is in Norm's suite. Myron tells Norm that he's sorry, but that Norm's secret will have to be exposed. Norm asks how Myron discovered that he's gay, and Myron says that he knows about the affair with Jack at the Court Manor Inn. Norm protests that his reputation, and his company, will probably be ruined, but Myron believes that the affair is connected with the murder. Norm takes the news well. He struggled with being a Jewish businessman, and maybe he can become successful as an out-of-the-closet gay man, as well.
