Summary
As Act Three, Scene Two continues, Meg and Jim are interrupted by the arrival of a group of other campers. They exchange greetings with Jim, but Meg is silent. The campers describe their trip through the camp wishing everyone Merry Christmas, and also describe the list of complaints they are gathering as they go. Jim says he has no complaints, but the campers continue, saying they want to ensure that regular users and not casual travelers get the best spots by the beach, and that there is a proper shower / bathroom / laundry facility. They also complain about “some of the people who’ve started putting in an appearance over the last few years … not proper families” (35).
