Summary

With the importance of the upcoming treaty signing, Kelsang has reluctantly agreed to keep the possibility of Kyoshi being the Avatar a secret until after the treaty is signed. At the same time, Kyoshi notices Yun appears to be behaving strangely, and Kelsang implies that Yun only faces this high level of supervision is because of how ineffectual Kuruk tended to be, especially without legitimate guidance.

Kyoshi is anxious and fearful during the sit down dinner with Tagaka and her people, worrying about why Tagaka is acting to friendly to them, until Rangi subtly points out that the servants who have been clearing their meal are, in fact, some of the kidnapped citizens from the Earth Kingdom. Tagaka asks Yun if he is being treated well, and he responds in the affirmative, only for Tagaka to outright state that she thought Yun had...
