Summary

Chapter 1

Autumn Nathanial arrives at a parking lot in Idaho on her journey to a new school. Two other girls get off the bus with Autumn. No one seems to know for sure what is to happen next, but Autumn has an idea that someone will come get them. Not only is this instinct correct, but Autumn is surprised to realize that she knows where they will be going and what the landmarks look like. Autumn has amnesia and believes she has never been here before, but the sense of familiarity is too strong to ignore.

When they arrive at the school, the Light Campus of the Nataniel School, they are greeted by a woman named Amber who Autumn feels she has met before. Amber shows the girls to a room where she plans to do a brief orientation, but Autumn’s leg...
