Pip Fitz-Amobi

Pip is the protagonist of this novel and all previous novels in the series. When the series begins, she is an idealistic senior in high school with excellent grades and complete faith in the goodness of humanity and the fairness of the justice system. However, when she begins to research the case of Andie Bell’s death, which was blamed on local teenager Sal Singh, Pip uncovers all sorts of unsavory truths about her town. However, when her investigation leads to the arrest of a drug dealer, a rapist, and the clearing of Sal’s name, Pip feels as if she has righted the wrongs of the world.
