Summary

In Chapter 28, Zara goes to the apartment viewing. She notices a retired couple, Anna-Lena and Roger, who want to flip the apartment and dissuade the other buyers. The other couple are pregnant Julia and her wife, Ro, who are fighting because Ro keeps finding issues with every apartment they see.

The robber comes in. They ask if this is a robbery. The robber says yes, but they are not the victims, they are the hostages, and apologizes.

Chapter 29 is the transcription of Anna-Lena’s interview. Jack asks her about the other hostages. She says Roger says other buyers are their enemies, and that they renovate apartments together as a project.
