July 5, Friday, 10:21 pm: Tammy brings her baby, Janie Dee, to school today. Tammy lets the other girls help bathe her so they can have some first-hand experience. It is scary how small Janie Dee is. Tammy looks good. Annie wonders where all the extra skin would go after birth. July 8, Monday, 8:21 pm: School is getting difficult. Tammy has her baby there everyday and it cried all the time. It is making Annie edgy. Annie is growing tired of being pregnant and all the physical changes she is forced to put up with.

July 12, Friday, 1:31 pm: On the way to the hospital, Annie is screaming and crying and cursing Danny. Her mother is driving fast and honking at everyone to get out of her way. They are met at the emergency room by techs who takes Annie by gurney down...
