Chapters 51-60 Summary
Gunther Glick stares at the phone in his hand before hanging it up. When Macri asks what's wrong, Glick tells her about the four missing cardinals and that they are to be murdered at four different churches that night. He says that they are going to be given the exact location for the first murder.
Vittoria and Langdon look for the booklet in Vault 10. It is not where Langdon thought it might be among Galileo's work. Vittoria finally calls that she has found it. Langdon takes the pouch to a table and opens it. Using pincers, he pulls the bag from the papers. They look for math in the book but don't find anything. Vittoria suggests that the clue might not be mathematical, but Langdon says that the numbers might be written out. He suggests splitting up the task. Both begin...
