Summary

In Chapter 33, Sarah Chen and her partner Eddie Banco meet at 169 Bar where she had set up a meeting with Ethan after reading his emails on Zoe’s phone. They watch as a tall thin man whose description fits that of Ethan enters the bar. Sarah does not believe this man is a killer but instead a sheep. Later that night Sarah still has not seen anyone who might be Zoe’s killer. Coming out the bathroom she bumps into Ethan. When she suggests that someone stood him up and might have sent her to tell him what happened, he asked if she knew Zoe.

Back at the police station, Sarah questions Ethan even as he begs for information about Zoe. When she begins to ask about drugs, Ethan becomes angry. Sarah realizes from his reaction that he is not the person who...
