Chapter nine is the last of the book. But the book's more astute readers will have noticed that in the list of institutions that make up the government and the critiques of them, there has been no mention of the rest of the world. Most Americans have not seen the rest of the world anyway since we are in love with xenophobia and recent travel bans.
