Summary
Randy manages to get in touch with his police officer friend, Toby Van Der Kellen, who insists that no bank robberies have been reported in Fulda. Randy implies that the owners of the bank are lying to Toby, which Toby dismisses to Randy but appears to consider seriously in his private time; Douglas receives a call from Toby that prompts him to urge caution from Lois, and also to accuse Lois of sleeping with Toby, something she readily confesses to. Toby visits Lois, who gives him the details about the robbery and grants him permission to track down Randy in L.A. before proceeding to perform sexual favors on him.
