Summary

In Chapter 8, on the plane home, Sydney wondered who had killed the man who tormented her. She thought, perhaps, there was someone besides her and Zarif trying to keep Malik safe. As she considered how she had failed to keep Malik safe, she felt a cold breeze and turned to see the ghosts of two rapists and murderers that she had killed.
