Summary

In Chapter 5, set then, when Graham and Quinn arrive at Quinn’s apartment, Quinn thinks they will revenge sex. Instead, Graham leaves after tucking her into bed. He leaves his phone number, written on a Post-it note, next to the door. He asks her to call him after she has a revenge relationship.

In Chapter 6, set now, when Graham arrives home from work, Quinn indicates to Graham she wants them to have sex that night. Graham asks if it is a special occasion. Quinn hopes Graham will be quick, but it turns out that this is a day he has decided to savor the opportunity. When Graham pulls out of her to kiss her, she tells him she is fine and that he can finish. She tells him she is ovulating when he asks if she is no longer in the mood.
