Chung formally begins her search for her adoptive parents. To do this, she hires a search angel, someone who acts as an intermediary to connect her with her parents. The process for finding a search angel proves to be extremely tedious – not only is the process expensive, but it is also extremely difficult to find someone trustworthy enough to handle personal matters.
