Summary

In Chapter 51, Marvin asks Red over the phone why she cannot just stay with the Grooves. Red does not think Marvin understands her situation. The sky is darkening. Red asks Celine to drive her to Marvin’s, but Celine does not feel well and Jackson drives her. Jackson tells Red that he is proud of her for making the video because it takes courage to go after what you want. She, however, does not really know what she wants anymore. When they return home, Celine has been sick. This reminds Red of Gamma. They take her to the emergency room, but Red cannot bring herself to go in and see Celine.
