Bicho Raro
Bicho Raro is the name of the village in Colorado where the Soria family settles after escaping from Mexico before the revolution. The town is small and looks as though it is made of many, small shanties. There is not much to look at other than the Shrine, where pilgrims get their first miracle, and the small houses where both pilgrims and Sorias live. Other than this, the location is in the middle of the barren desert with not much around. It is flanked by highway 160, which is a poorly maintained highway that appears to be a dirt road due to a lack of improvements.
