Summary
In Chapter 71, Tom continues his investigation into Penelope, who owns a bookstore in Toronto. This Penelope was born a few months later than the one from his world, goes by Penny, and looks slightly different from the version he is used to.
Chapter 72 describes Tom going to Penny’s print shop and making an introduction. He tells her the truth about altering reality and she seems endeared, potentially believing him. She recognizes him as John Barren the famous architect.
In Chapter 73 Tom and Penny go for a drink and Tom continues recounting his story, only leaving out the really painful details.
In Chapter 74, Penny invites Tom back to her condo. She admits to Tom that she has always had a nagging feeling that she was not living the life she should be and that she is excited he has given her a version...
