Summary
In Chapter 3, narrated by Josie, Josie was shocked when she woke and saw it was 8:30 in the morning. The ferry had been scheduled to leave at 6 a.m. She had trouble sleeping after Palmer’s proposal so she had taken an aspirin with a sleeping aid.
