Chapters 10-12 Summary

Em goes back to school in Chapter 10, where she is very jealous of a girl called McKayla, who has become close to Christopher in the months since Em's "death." However, the more Em considers the situation, the more she realizes that Christopher wants to crash the site as revenge for her death, which pleases her. In the meantime, Em runs into Frida, who pulls her into a broom closet and tells her that the entire family has been so upset since she stormed out the other day that they are willing to compromise and stay in New York for Christmas. However, Em is suspicious of this, because she knows that Frida just wants to be invited to the party Em/Nikki and Lulu are having.

In class, Em's former nemesis Whitney has started sucking up to her, which Em takes pleasure...
