Summary

It is 2008 in Delhi, the morning of Sunny's wedding. Sunny has been partying hard, leaning more and more into debauchery. The night before his wedding is no different.

In prison, Ajay is on special release for the day, to attend the wedding. He does not want to go, and does not understand why the Wadias have arranged for him to be released on this particular day. He still has the picture of Hema, and still hopes to rescue her.

In London, Neda hears about the wedding. She is now living with her boyfriend, Alex, whom she likes but does not love. After years of not googling Sunny at all, she begins to obsessively search his name on the internet, and that of his soon-to-be-wife, Farah Dhillon.
