Chapters 27-31 Summary

Chapter 27. Camille. Camille goes to the coffeehouse and she sees Alec speaking with Becca. Camille realizes that the counter girl was Alec's girlfriend and wonders if she knew who Camille was. Camille assumes not since she was always nice to her. When Alec passes Camille, he tells her he wishes he had never met her.

Chapter 28. Becca. Becca is sad about her decision not to go back with Alec. It hurts when Alec sends Becca a text that says simply, please. Becca does not know what to do, but in the end she ignores it. Becca is fired from her job. However, she decides to get another job to help pay for college.

Chapter 29. Camille. Camille is at the animal shelter when she meets a man who is not supposed to get another dog, but seems to have fallen in love...
