Kissimmee, Florida

Kissimmee is a small town in Central Florida, relatively close to Orlando. It is also the town where Maybe was born and raised. Chessy too lived in Kissimmee for most of her life and doesn't appear to want to leave it. Kissimmee is the primary location for the novel until Ted, Maybe and Hollywood leave for Los Angeles.

Charm School

Chessy runs the charm school. The charm school is located on the bottom floor of Chessy and Maybe's house. The top five clients of Chessy's charm school are the Fantastic Five. These are five girls that attend school with Maybe, but are constantly picking on her and harassing her.

Los Angeles, California

Los Angeles, California is the setting for the remainder of the novel. It is the city where Ted, Hollywood and Maybe drive to in search of Maybe's father and so Hollywood can attend college...
