Summary

Chapter 22

Marigold is getting ready to send a care package to her father, who is working out of state to help get money to pay for apartment repairs. She discovers the suitcase filled with Zane’s stolen goods. She’s upset and plans to ship it off with the care package as evidence of what Zane is doing. When the postwoman arrives, she accidentally hands over a different suitcase, the one where Will is hiding. Marigold discovers her mistake when she spots one of Will’s shoes in the spot the suitcase has just been.

Chapter 23

Will wakes up and discovers that he’s being thrown around in a suitcase. The suitcase eventually opens and spills him out, and Will is happy to find that he’s finally on an adventure.
