Summary

Chapter 15 is titled “The Naughty List.” One Monday, Sam said she had received complaints that James was “floating,” meaning he was selling magazines outside his designated area. That was not fair to the vendors who were assigned to sell in those areas. She said James could not buy any more magazines until he addressed the complaint by going to the main office. James felt he was being wrongfully accused because people often stopped him to talk to and about Bob. That had always been the case but people now sometimes asked to buy a magazine during these conversations.
