Chapter 75, Arya Summary

Arya Stark and Sandor Clegane stop at an inn, where they learn the news from the south, including King Joffrey's death. Everyone at Harrenhal was killed, and Riverrun is under siege. Sandor fights with the men at the inn, and Arya helps by stabbing one in the belly. She stabs one of the other men when they fall. They manage to kill all the men, but Sandor is wounded.

They do not get far before Sandor succumbs to the wounds. Arya tries to heal him, but it does not work. He tries to antagonize her so she will kill him quickly, but she decides he does not deserve mercy and leaves him. She heads for a town called the Saltpans, where she sells her horse to buy passage. She does not get much, and the captain does not want to let...
