Chapter 67, Tyrion Summary
Tyrion is in his cell, discussing his upcoming trial with Ser Kevan Lannister. Kevan says Tyrion will be judged by Tywin, but since he is Tyrion's father, he will have Lord Mace Tyrell and Prince Oberyn Martell judge with him. Kevan tells him he will be allowed trial by combat, but Gregor Clegane will be Cersei's champion. Kevan tries to help Tyrion find witnesses, but no one can help, except maybe Sansa. Kevan tells him Sansa is no where to be found. Ser Bronn cannot be a witness for Tyrion, as Cersei has already arranged for him to get married as a bribe.
At the Trial, Tywin asks if Tyrion killed Joffrey, but Tyrion says no. Cersei calls several witnesses, who all testify to the ongoing fighting between Joffrey and Tyrion. One incident cited is a time when Tyrion stopped Joffrey...
